SERVICE DESCRIPTION SSW.EagleEye analyzes your organization's email communications to provide AI-driven insights into team workload distribution, identify overworked employees, and optimize team effort allocation. The Service includes: - AI-powered email content analysis using Semantic Kernel technology - Workforce analytics and reporting through our Portal interface - Power BI integration for interactive dashboards - Tag management and categorization systems 2. ACCEPTABLE USE You may use SSW.EagleEye solely for legitimate business purposes to analyze your organization's email data for workforce optimization. You agree NOT to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code - Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities - Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data - Share access credentials with unauthorized personnel 3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT a) We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability b) Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible c) Support is provided through our designated support channels during business hours 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: a) SSW.EagleEye is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind b) We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages c) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months d) We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated insights 8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY a) We treat all customer data as confidential information b) Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements c) We implement access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only d) Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy 9. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination: - Your access to the Service will cease - We will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it - All payment obligations for services rendered remain due 10.
