By using SSW.EagleEye, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. SSW.EagleEye is an AI-powered email analysis platform that provides workforce insights while maintaining strict data privacy and security standards.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SSW.EagleEye analyzes your organization's email communications to provide AI-driven insights into team workload distribution, identify overworked employees, and optimize team effort allocation. The Service includes:
- AI-powered email content analysis using Semantic Kernel technology
- Workforce analytics and reporting through our Portal interface
- Power BI integration for interactive dashboards
- Tag management and categorization systems

2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use SSW.EagleEye solely for legitimate business purposes to analyze your organization's email data for workforce optimization. You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data
- Share access credentials with unauthorized personnel

3. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
a) Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all email data processed by SSW.EagleEye
b) Data Processing: We process your email data solely to provide the analytical insights described in this Service
c) Data Retention: Email data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law
d) Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data
e) Compliance: Our Service is designed to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations
f) No Data Sale: We will never sell, rent, or share your email data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. AI ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
SSW.EagleEye uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze email content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated insights are recommendations and analysis tools, not definitive factual statements
- Human oversight and judgment should be applied when making business decisions based on our insights
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI interpretations or recommendations
- Results may vary based on email content quality, volume, and organizational communication patterns

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) SSW Rights: SSW retains all rights, title, and interest in SSW.EagleEye software, algorithms, and related intellectual property
b) Customer Rights: You retain all rights to your email data and any derivative insights you create
c) Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by SSW to improve the Service

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT
a) We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
b) Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
c) Support is provided through our designated support channels during business hours

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
a) SSW.EagleEye is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
b) We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
c) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months
d) We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated insights

8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
a) We treat all customer data as confidential information
b) Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements
c) We implement access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only
d) Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy

9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- We will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it
- All payment obligations for services rendered remain due

10. COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL
a) You warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
b) You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for email analysis within your organization
c) Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
