Terms and Conditions for Data Shipper
1. Introduction
By purchasing, installing, or using the Data Shipper app (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Stenswed Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product within your organization, strictly in accordance with these terms and any applicable Microsoft license agreements.

3. Usage and Restrictions
The Product is licensed for use within your organization solely for transferring data between Dynamics 365 CE environments. You agree not to:

Distribute, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Product outside of your organization.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Product, except as expressly permitted by law.
Use the Product for any purpose not explicitly stated in these terms.

4. Data and Privacy
Data Shipper transfers data between your Dynamics 365 CE environments based on your configuration. The Company does not access or store any transferred data. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant data protection regulations.

5. Support and Maintenance
The Company provides support for the Product as specified in the support documentation available on AppSource. Updates or enhancements may be provided periodically at the Company’s discretion.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.

8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to the Product if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Product.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kingdom of Sweden.

10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on AppSource or the Company's website. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
