•	The Customer shall not sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.
•	The Customer shall not modify, alter, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
•	The Customer shall not create derivative works based on the Software.
