Terms and Conditions for  Xperate Asset Manager

By using  Xperate Asset Management , provided by Xperate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. you agree to these Terms. 

1. License: Non-exclusive, non-transferable use per your subscription plan.
2. Restrictions: No copying, modifying, selling, or illegal use.
3. Payment: Monthly billing; no refunds unless required by law.
4. Support: Email support (internal.support@xperate.com) during 9 AM-5 PM IST.
5. Termination: For violation or non-payment; no refunds on cancellation.
