These terms govern access to and use of the YouVerse platform and related services. By engaging with YouVerse, customers agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy requirements. Service access, deployment scope, pricing, support levels, and commercial terms are defined in individual agreements executed between YouVerse LLC and the customer. YouVerse LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and associated services. Availability, service levels, and support obligations are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
